Hello, young dreamers and parents. Are you ready to dive deep into dreams and create supper SURREAL artworks from them?
Let’s explore your dreams with us in a 4-Weekend Programme “Surrealism” art theme across May – June. 
What can you expect from this programme? Decode the masterpieces of renowned Dada and Surrealist artists from Méret Oppenheim to Rene Magritte and many more.
And this time around, we will go all in for Wood – all 4 projects will appropriately include Wood as the main medium.
Why wood? Is this all going to be 3-dimensional artworks? The answer is yes and no.
Consider this whole programme as a mixed media, which wood predominantly plays a larger role.
Painting and Drawing remain relevant, in a new different form BEYOND papers and canvases.
Young learners will fully get their hands on wood, presumably an unconventional art medium for them.
We have learned along the way from our previous classes that most learners preferred wood more than any other mediums.
A tiny block of wood could never block their imagination. In the other way, it has enabled and expanded the student’s creativity even more.
Another great alternative to unleash their artistic mind.Aren’t most surrealism’s artworks paintings?
Yes, Surrealist artists are very well known for their weird, and provoking paintings. And we’d love to pay homage to those artists in our own specialised medium, Wood.
Young learners would rather not replicate another artwork of the artists, but to be influenced by them, and create our their very own version of the “Surrealism Art”.
